Tasweld is committed to quality customer service. Tasweld staff has in excess of 100 years combined experience in servicing the industrial and safety market and the company has been able to exceed its annual growth targets for near two decades. Tasweld management acknowledges the role that their dedicated staff has played in this achievement.

As part of Tasweld's continued customer focus, they provide their staff with ongoing product knowledge training.

Tasweld's approach to quality customer service is proactive. Tasweld has formally implemented a Quality Management System and gained ISO 9001/2000 certification which requires regular examination of its customer service and customer satisfaction levels.

ISO 9001/2000 certification also acts as an assurance to the company's staff that the management team will continue to work closely with them in the development and implementation of OH&S strategies and targets.

It is Tasweld's management policy to take an active role in identifying training courses that benefit staff and help them reach their full potential, not only in product knowledge but also in areas such as developing management skills, OH&S, financial services & administration, welding, and customer service.

Over recent years, Tasweld has invested capital funds to improve their staff's health and wellbeing by providing more modern, user friendly and safer workplace.

The Tasweld management team has created a culture of environment awareness. In the company's everyday functionality, care is taken for the environment. This includes the insistence of following regulations on storage of dangerous and flammable goods and where possible, the recycling of office consumables and waste paper.

Tasweld supports the local community through sponsorship of community events, charity functions and sporting clubs and events.

The pursuit of quality customer service, providing a safe workplace, caring for the environment and having a supportive community spirit is Tasweld's continuing goal.
